Liz Repking is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable presenter who uses real life stories to engage her audience in conversation and problem solving on internet safety.  She provides useful information for parents on specific actions they and their sons and daughters can take to limit the likelihood that they will be victimized or unwittingly engage in illegal behavior.

I am a parent of two children who are very active online. I met Liz Repking when I attended a talk at our local District had about online safety. After the talk, I had some concerns about my daughter and the Internet. I chatted a little more with Liz, and she had some more great advice for me. Liz offered to put me on her email list and I am really glad that she did. I enjoy receiving emails from Liz and Cyber Safety Consulting as I find the information to be very helpful as I try to parent my children and keep them safe on the Internet.

I think what I took away from the presentation, and what I hope most of the attending parents took away as well, is that there is no silver bullet in regard to this issue of cyber safety. There is no master website we can employ to keep our children safe in the cyber world. It will take knowledge, commitment and real work to stay involved with, and to stay ahead of, the constantly developing technology that our children are exposed to and use daily. It will take real effort on our part as parents.

We have used CSC for both parent and student presentations.  It is very impressive that the presentations are so group/age specific and detailed.  In addition, our school has a 1:1 tablet program for the 6th-8thgrade students.  I have used CSC to test the safety and filtering of our tablets.  CSC returned with suggestions to lock things down even more.  We will certainly continue our relationship with CSC and look forward to working with them in the future.  Thanks so very much!

I have some work to do here at home to make sure our technology is as safe as possible. Good stuff! I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge so we can keep these sweet kiddos of ours as safe as possible.
