Small Group Overview

Cyber Safety Consulting offers sessions for small groups of individuals who are interested in learning more about the Internet, corresponding technology, and how it affects both our families and children. Here are some examples of groups that might get together for our small group sessions:

  • A group of parents with daughters in the same 6th grade class.
  • A group of teenage friends whose parents wish for us to discuss both the positive and negative impact of social media.
  • A group of young parents who are considering giving their children their own phones and computers.

We cater to a variety of needs for these unique small groups and will tailor our content based on the issues most important to the participants.

What to Expect

  • Expert Facilitator

Liz Repking is our lead facilitator who will meet with your group and offer her expert instruction and advice about both the benefits and dangers of technology and how it affects you, your children and your family. She is highly qualified to answer all of your group’s questions and will guide and offer suggestions to parents on how to handle difficult conversations with kids related to the rules around technology.

  • Customization

We realize every group is different. You may be a group of mothers who all have 2nd grade daughters at the same school or you may be a co-ed group of friends who are interested in learning more about how the Internet impacts your children. To better understand your group and the topics you wish to cover during the session, we will have your group fill out a brief survey prior to the session so we can plan the content and discussion to fit the needs of your group.

  • 90 Minutes

Each of our group sessions are 90 minutes in length. If you wish to extend the session time, there are options to extend.
